If you exceed your monthly limits for pageviews, visitor events, or video replays:
1. Tracking will automatically stop for that feature
2. You'll receive a notification about the limit being reached
3. You can upgrade your plan or contact us for a custom plan to resume tracking
There are no overage charges—we simply pause tracking until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
